HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE | |
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 tbsp. butter 3 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed Butter a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In large bowl, break up potatoes. Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper. Add to potatoes. Mix thoroughly and put in baking dish. Combine butter and Chex crumbs, sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
