1 sm. box lemon gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
2 lg. cans pineapple juice
2 qts. ginger ale
1 oz. bottle almond flavoring
Food coloring of choice

Mix gelatin and hot water; add sugar, cold water, pineapple juice, almond flavoring, and food coloring. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale when ready to serve.
