CHERRY CHEESECAKE PARFAIT 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
Coconut

Combine pudding, sour cream, and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add sugar and extracts. Spoon mixture into a 8 parfait glasses until half-full. Add a layer of pie filling, then another layer of pudding mixture. Decorate with coconut and cherries.
