CREAM PUFF FILLING 
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour

Heat the milk with vanilla in a pan. In a bowl, mix sugar and yolks until thick and creamy. Add flour and mix well. Pour in the hot milk slowly.

Place over double boiler and cook until the cream becomes thick, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover with plastic wrap and cool until ready to use.

When cold, slit cream puffs and fill with cream. Put into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
