CROCK POT STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat, cut into pieces
4 med. peeled potatoes, cut in pieces
4 med. carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat on all sides on top of stove. Put the cooked meat on the bottom of the crock pot and place potatoes, carrots, and onion on top of meat. Combine rest of ingredients thoroughly and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.

If you prepare this the night before and combine the ingredients and put them in the crock pot the next morning, you will have a wonderful stew ready when you get home from work.
