CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
5 stalks celery, finely chopped
4 c. water
8 - 10 medium potatoes, chopped small
water
1/2 lb. bacon, browned
2 pkgs. Knorr's Leek Soup mix
1 loaf Velveeta cheese
2 c. milk

Add celery to 4 c. water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add browned bacon, and soup mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese that's been cut into cubes. Add milk and simmer until cheese melts completely.
