CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
5 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts
3 1/2 c. finely cut lettuce
2 tbsp. thin strips green onion
1 pkg. uncooked Chinese noodles
Chicken top Ramen (omit seasoning)
1 pkg. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)

Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil. Cover and set aside. To serve, add chicken breasts (cut in strips), the noodles (broken up), the almonds, and sesame seeds. Stir the dressing and pour over salad.
