4 (1 oz.) sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chambord

Cook ingredients in double boiler, add chambord at end. Pour over your favorite dessert.
