TONY ROMAO'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 pork chops, cut up in bite-sized pieces
1 lb. hamburger, rolled into thumbnail size meatballs
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 can Contadina tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 can water
1 tsp. sugar
1 qt. tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute the pork chop pieces, onion, garlic and seasonings in the oil until onions are clear. Add tomato paste, and water and add Parmesan cheese, simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken pieces. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add meatballs. Simmer for 20 more minutes. Remove chicken pieces, strip meat from bones and return it to the sauce. This sauce is rich and mild. It may be used over any pasta, on pizza or in lasagna.
