DEEP-DISH TACO SQUARES | |
1 pkg. Lawry's Taco Seasoning 3/4 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (Cheddar) 1 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c. cold water 1 to 2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8x8x2 dish. Cook ground beef and taco season as directed on package. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese (reserve). Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Pat in pan pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides. Layer beef and tomatoes in pan. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until edges are light brown. 5 or 6 servings. |
