FRUIT COBBLER 
3 c. fruit (blueberries are especially good)
2/3 to 1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Fruit: Mix in saucepan sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in 1 cup boiling water. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add fruit, 1/2 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour into buttered casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. butter

Topping: Mix topping. Drop by spoonfuls onto blueberry (or other fruit) mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until topping is done). Serves 6.
