THEDA'S CHICKEN 
2 chicken boneless breasts, cut into strips
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter (butter)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into 1 x 5 inch strips. Dip into milk, then dip into melted butter. Place crumbs into a plastic bag.

Shake chicken pieces in bag. Pam a pizza pan. Place chicken pieces on pan. Drizzle on remaining batter.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees then turn pieces over and bake for another 10 minutes.
