HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients but potatoes, then add them to mixture. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
