FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
1 Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
6 c. cut or sliced fruit, several in season
2/3 c. apple juice
2 tsp. corn starch

Spread pie crust to fit 12 inch pizza pan. Bake until lightly browned. Cool. Place softened cream cheese in bowl, stir in sugar and lemon peel. Spread evenly over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.

In 2 cup measure combine apple juice and corn starch. Microwave on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Cool until warm and spoon over fruit. Refrigerate until glaze is set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
