BUSY DAY BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
3 onions, cut in lg. pieces
Lg. can stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 lg. potatoes, cut up

Put all ingredients, except potatoes, in covered baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees for at least 5 hours. Add potatoes for the last hour of baking.
