STRAW HAT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
3 cans water (use paste can)
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Brown beef and onions. Drain, add all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes in pan. Garnish with:

Tomatoes
Olives
Lettuce
Cheese
Taco sauce
Frito corn chips

Serve buffet style for Mexican fun!
