HONEY AN' HERB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
2 tbsp. soy flour (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. rosemary (ground)
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 c. honey
1 egg, beaten

Mix all dry ingredients together including herbs. Add milk, honey and egg. Mix until smooth. Pour into oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. When cool serve with butter or jam. Idea! - bake in two 7 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pans, one for you and one for a friend.
