CHOCOLATE CHIP BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. salt (scant)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. English walnuts

Melt all together.

In large bowl cream: 2 c. brown sugar

Add: 2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3 c. quick oatmeal

Bake in 11x17 pan. Put 3/4 in pan, pour melted ingredients over and crumble remaining batter over this. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
