PORK SAUSAGE RING | |
2 eggs 1/4 c. minced onion 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped apple 2 lb. bulk pork sausage Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pat into a greased 6 1/2 cup ring. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Unmold. Place scrambled eggs in center of ring to serve as complete meal. |
