CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 cube butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Sliced almonds or crushed walnuts
Sliced bananas
Chocolate sauce

1. Boil butter and water until melted. Add flour all at once. Add eggs, beat well after each egg. Spread on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.

2. Prepare pudding as directed. Add well softened cream cheese and beat well. Spread on cool crust. Slice bananas over pudding.

3. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with nuts.

4. Eat same day if using bananas.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE (for Eclair Cake) :
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 cube butter

1. Bring to a boil and boil one minute.

2. Remove from heat.

3. Stir until cool and slightly thickened.
