CHICKEN DIVAN 
8 skinned, boned chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 fresh bunch, cooked
Vegetable cooking spray
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 c. skimmed milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken in enough water to cover for 20 minutes. Chop; set aside. Cook broccoli, arrange in baking dish coated with cooking spray, top with chicken. Combine soups, milk and lemon juice; pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 8 servings.
