ROTINI VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cook and drain
2 c. Rotini pasta, cook and drain
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. butter
3 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white vinegar

Cook dressing until clear. Cool, add to above salad ingredients.
