1 box orange cake mix (pudding in the mix)
3 tsp. orange flavoring

Mix cake as directed on box except replace water with milk and add the orange flavoring.

Bake as directed on box and let cool. Cut layers in half (dental floss works good for this).

Topping:

1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Mix together thoroughly. Spread between layers and on cake. Decorate top and sides with well drained mandarin orange slices. Keep refrigerated.
