SWEET POTATO BREAD | |
2 c. self rising flour 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil 2 eggs 1 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 tsp. Allspice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. milk 1 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients except pecans in large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds and med. speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 or until loaf tests done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
