CREAM PUFFS 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Bring water to boil. Add butter, stirring until melted. Add flour, salt, cook until it forms a ball. Cool slightly. Add 1 egg at a time beating well after each egg. Grease cookie sheet lightly. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees, 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

When cool, cut open - scoop out any loose dough and fill. FILLINGS: Chocolate or vanilla pudding, strawberries and whipped cream, whipped cream or Cool Whip. Melted chocolate may be drizzled over tops if desired.
