ROMAN HOLIDAY 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. hot sausage (1/2 inch slices)
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1 c. water
4 c. cooked wide noodles
4 slices (4 oz.) cheddar cheese, cut in half

In skillet brown beef and cook sausage with onions and oregano. Stir until cooked. Add soups and water. Chill overnight. Next day cook noodles. Combine meats and cooked noodles into 2 quart shallow baking pan (12 x 8 x 2 inches). Cover and place in cold oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with sliced cheddar cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
