1 doz. large eggs
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff. Then add sugar and mix well until glossy. Then beat egg yolks until fluffy and then beat egg yolks into white and beat at high speed until mixed. Refrigerate.
