HAWAIIAN SUNSET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. juice from pineapple or oranges
1 c. hot water
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (save juice)

Make Jello using 1 cup hot water and 1 cup juice. Let it start to jell. Whip cream; whip Jello and cream cheese together. Add whipping cream. Stir in fruit and chill.
