CARAMEL PIE 
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
5 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Brown 1 c. sugar in iron skillet and mix all the other ingredients. Cook slowly until thick. Pour into prepared pie crust.
