CORN FLAKE STUFFING 
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
6 c. corn flakes

Saute sausage, breaking up as it cooks. Add onions and celery. Cook just until softened. Add seasoning. Pour sausage mixture, including fat, over the corn flakes. Mix well. (1 cup chopped nuts may be added with corn flakes.) Bake.
