OLD FASHION PEACH PIE 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 to 1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
8x8 inch baking dish
4 c. fresh peaches

Melt butter. Stir in sugars and flour. Add vanilla flavoring. Slice peaches to more than cover bottom of baking dish. Pastry can be crumbly or very thick and smooth, depending on your preference or the amount of flour and butter. Cover peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
