SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
4 cloves garlic
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 sm. can whole tomatoes
4 lg. cans tomato paste

Empty tomato and paste in large pot. Add 2 cans water for each can of paste. Stir, then add your oregano. Keep on low fire. Then put your oil and garlic, cut fine, in frying pan. Cook until the garlic is just about to turn brown. Then pour into pot, stirring the same time. Cook about 4 to 5 hours, slow heat, or cook to the thickness you desire.
