1 c. tomato, peeled and chopped 1 c. green pepper, finely chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. cucumber, diced 1/4 c. green onion, minced 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. chives 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped 1 sm. clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1/4 c. Bertolli olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. tomato juice Sour cream Mix all ingredients together and chill. Top with sour cream. Yield: 6 servings. |
