LEMON AND SHERBET DESSERT | |
Crush enough sandwich cookies to cover 9"x12" Tupperware container. Spread with 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread with Triple Treat Sherbet slightly softened. Cover: 4 tbsp. lemon juice (3 tbsp. if using real lemon) 3/4 c. sugar 6 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten Cook until thick. Place cover on container and freeze until ready to serve. |
