UNBAKED CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats

Put sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in pan; boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Boil 2-3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper; let "set up". Store in airtight container.
