CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
butter
1 small jar pimento
1 stick melted butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. diced chicken
1 small pkg. cooked spaghetti, cut in small pieces
8 oz. pecans
grated cheese (for topping)

Sauté the first 3 ingredients in butter. Add the pimento, 1 stick melted butter, soup, Cheez Whiz, chicken, spaghetti and pecans. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
