HADDOCK CASSEROLE 
1 sm. finely diced onion
2 slices bread, spread with butter, cut in cubes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. fresh haddock
1 can peas
Garlic salt

Place fish in bottom of casserole dish. Add chopped onion, drained peas, garlic salt and soup. Top with bread cubes. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 4. May use other fresh fish or any of the following: 1 sm. can salmon 1 lb. shrimp 1 lb. scallops 1 lobster
