SAUSAGE NUGGETS 
3 c. biscuit mix
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild sausage (bulk or roll)

Combine all ingredients thoroughly with hands and form into balls.

Bake on cookie sheet at 325°F for about 20 minutes (watch them) or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. After cool, they can be frozen, then reheated as needed.
