BOURSIN CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1/8 tsp. powder
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and soften. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Serve with crackers (stoned wheat thins are good) !
