BARBECUED CHICKEN | |
3 lb. chicken, cut up 3 tbsp. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. light brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper Dash of chili powder Dash of garlic salt Line a 9"x13" aluminum baking pan with aluminum foil. Roll chicken in sauce, place on foil. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Seal tight with foil over top of pan. Place in oven preheated to 500 degrees. After 15 minutes, cut heat to 350 degrees. Cook for 1 hour. Do not remove top foil during cooking time. Will be ready to serve when removed from oven. |
