DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. evaporated
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 c. saltines
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly, adding enough crackers to give good consistency. Put in crab shells or casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with finely crushed cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in shells; one hour in casserole dish at 350 degrees.
