SHRIMP MAISON COINTREAU 
12 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined & butterflied
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Cointreau (orange liqueur)
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange shrimp in oven proof dish. Combine other ingredients; pour over shrimp. Bake, uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve on a bed of hot rice.
