TOMATO RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. (5 oz. pkg.) Minute Rice
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Birds Eye pre-cooked fish sticks or any other brand

Mix Minute Rice, tomatoes, water, onion, salt and oregano in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with single layer of fish sticks. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees F.) 15 minutes or until fish sticks are brown and crisp. Serves 4.
