HAWAIIAN PIE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 bananas
2 baked pie shells
Chopped pecans
Cool Whip
Coconut (bag or cup) shredded

Cook pineapple, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat until thick. Cool mixture. Slice bananas and place in bottom of 2 cooled baked pie shells. Cover bananas with mixture. Sprinkle coconut over this and spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
