TEX MEX WON TONS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 of a 15 oz. can refried beans
1/4 c. cheese
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir beans, cheese, ketchup, chili powder, and cumin into meat mixture; mix well. Place a won ton skin with one point toward you. Spoon a generous teaspoon meat on center. Make an envelope; moisten and press to seal. Fry ten at a time in deep hot fat (375 degrees) about 1 minute per side. Serve with taco sauce.
