WON TON 
Ground pork or beef
Fine chopped green onions
2 eggs
Sesame seed oil
2 tsp. cornstarch if soupy
1/2 slice tofu
Salt to taste
Soy sauce
Finely chopped shrimp
Finely chopped nuts or chestnuts

1. Put water with chicken bones to boil; drain.

2. Cover with water and bring to boil. Put whole cloves of garlic, 4 to 5 and 8 slices of ginger.

3. Add 2 cups soy sauce.

4. 2 cups vinegar

6. Sherry to taste

Simmer, strip bones, remove bones, boiling, cook won ton 12 at a time.
