CRAZY CRUST APPLE PIE 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. water
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, butter, and water for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie pan. Combine the apple pie filling with the lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour this into center of batter in pie pan. DO NOT STIR THIS. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
