SQUASH RELISH 
8 c. squash, ground
2 c. onions
4 bell peppers
1/3 c. pimentos
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 c. vinegar

Mix squash, onions, peppers and pimentos in large pan. Stir in salt. Soak 1 hour. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Boil 15 minutes. Add hot peppers to taste. Put in jars and seal. Water bath for 15 minutes.
