3 c. sugar 3/4 c. water Stir well before cooking, pour in gradually 1 cup cream, cook to hard ball stage. Boil until a firm ball stage. Pour onto a marble slab, cool, pull until light in color, into ropes, cut into pieces. Sky must be clear and blue. Must be cold and brisk outside. Marble must e cold (out on back porch would be okay). |
