1 envelope mashed potatoes
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1 egg, beaten
2 cans (7 oz.) tuna
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Make mashed potatoes as directed. Stir in mustard, egg and tuna; shape and roll in butter and bread crumbs.

Bake in preheated oven at 450°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with mushroom or tomato sauce.
